Who we are

VyScrip is a trade name of Swopster B.V., Coolsingel 104, 3011 AG Rotterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 97263753. Swopster B.V. is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy: info@vyscrip.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

This website

What we collect:

• Early access requests: your email address.
• Contact, feedback and feature suggestions: your name (contact form only), email address and message.

Why, and on what legal basis:

• To contact you about VyScrip's launch and early access, based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
• To answer your message, feedback or suggestion, based on our legitimate interest in answering questions about our product.

How long we keep it: early access requests until the public launch and at most 12 months after, unless you become a customer. Messages as long as needed to answer them, and at most 12 months.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not load content from other websites. Our host processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.

The VyScrip app

When you create an account, we process your name, email address, login details and the project data you enter. When you take out a subscription, we also process your billing details (company name, address, VAT number) and payment information. We need this to provide the app to you, based on our agreement with you. Without an email address you cannot create an account.

Personal data of other people in your projects, such as names of people who prepare or approve documents, we process on your behalf, as described in section 15 of our terms of service.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account exists. If you have had no trial or subscription for 12 months, we may close your account after emailing you at least 30 days in advance. You can also ask us to close your account at any time. When your account is closed, we delete your data within 30 days; it disappears from our backups in the normal backup cycle. We keep invoices and payment records for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires this.

Who processes data for us

• Strato AG (Germany): hosting of this website and our email, including account emails from the app. Data is stored in the EU.
• Supabase: database and login for the app. Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is the processor; Supabase, Inc. (United States) may access data for support and operations.
• Anthropic (United States): only when you click 'Generate suggestions' or 'Generate test steps', the text involved is sent to Anthropic to create the suggestions. It is not used to train their models.
• Mollie B.V. (the Netherlands): processing of subscription payments. Mollie processes payment data under its own privacy statement.

Transfers to Singapore and the United States are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with Supabase and Anthropic. You can ask us for a copy.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a common format. Email info@vyscrip.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
